Services are offered via www.code-htc.com.
The client understands and accepts that if any order information is submitted incorrectly, it will not be possible to cancel or to reimburse the order request. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you ensure and validate all the information pertaining to your order before submitting your request. Note that the manufacturer code or network code has nothing to do with PUK code (personal unblocking key) nor with the Security code (numeric code used to prevent unauthorized access of mobile phones; this code can be personalized).
IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) :
The IMEI is a unique mobile code of 15 digits (can sometimes be 16 or 17 digits in length, but only the first 15 are significant). To obtain the IMEI of your mobile phone, enter the following: *#06#. The IMEI can also be found written on the inside of your phone underneath the battery.
PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW :
This unlocking procedure enables you to accept all SIM cards rather than being restricted to just one network. And you won’t need any cables or complex software either because everything can be done from the comfort of your home. Simply go to www.code-htc.com and enter the information required.
You must provide precise information as well as a valid email address so that we can send you your unlock code by email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS; REFUND POLICY:
The client understands and accepts that once the order is validated and paid for, a payment confirmation email is sent on behalf of Paypal as well as www.code-htc.com, which informs the client that a third email will be received within 48 business hours containing the unlock code with appropriate instructions.
If your code is “UNAVAILABLE” we provide you with a full refund (via Paypal) within 15 days of this notice.
The client attests to have never attempted to unlock their phone using incorrect codes (if this is the case, please contact us before placing an order. If you purchased a used phone, please ensure that no attempts were made to unlock the mobile using erroneous codes).
It is possible that a code delivery may be delayed. The average delay is 1-2 days. However, under no circumstances does this constitute a refund. Once an order is validated and submitted by a client, it is impossible for us to cancel the order. The client will be fully reimbursed when the code comes back as “NOT AVAILABLE”.
The client recognizes and accepts that in the event where the code is non-functional for whatever reason, all measures will be taken in order to unlock the client’s mobile phone and that a refund only applies if the code is not available.
Should the code not work while entering it into your mobile, it is not recommended to re-enter it repeatedly as this may cause your phone to be locked. If this occurs, please contact us in order to solve the problem together. No refund is applicable in the event where a mobile phone is locked as a result of multiple failed code entries.
